How much do you pay or what is my gold worth?
In order to answer this question, we need to professionally evaluate your items to determine actual weight and karat. Once your gold arrives at our state of the art refining plant, your gold will be professionally weighed, tested for precious metal content, and assigned a net value.

What if I am unhappy with the payment that I receive for my Gold?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the payment we send you, and would like your items back, simply call or email us within 48 hours of receipt or within 20 days of the date printed on the check and you will receive instructions for the return of your gold. We will promptly return all of your items. No questions asked.

Is the Just Sell Gold Kit free?
Yes. The Just Sell Gold Kit is totally free upon your request. There is no obligation once you receive it.

How do I use the Just Sell Gold Kit?
Your Just Sell Gold Kit will arrive at the address you have provided in a standard business envelope. It includes three components:
Your information form that tells us where to send your check and provides you with other useful information
A heavy duty polymer bag
A puncture proof envelope in which you can mail the information form and bag back to JSG.
All you need to do is fill out the information form, put your gold items in the thick (6mil) polymer bag to safely hold your gold, put the form and bag in the 6x9 puncture proof Tyvek envelope and take it to the neares US Post Office. Postage and insurance are prepaid by us!

Is the Just Sell Gold Kit safe?
Yes, each customer's Just Sell Gold Kit is insured with a unique tracking number. You can watch your kit in route by visitingwww.JustSellGold.com.

How do I know you received my Just Sell Gold Kit?
As soon as we receive your JSG Kit in our facility it will be scanned into our system and you will be notified by email. You can also track the status of your package by going to JustSellGold.com.

You state "24 Hour Payment " What does that mean?
We mean that upon arrival of your Just Sell Gold Kit, the processing and issuing of a check will be completed within 24 hours – guaranteed!

How long does the entire process take?
The end to end process can take as little as 5 days. Your JSG Kit will be insured and traveling to us via USPS Priority mail, which could take up to 2 days depending upon where you live. And it could take up to 7 days for the check to reach you depending on your location.

What if the Just Sell Gold Kit is too small to hold all of my items?
Please email support@justsellgold.com and we will email a label that you can stick on any box or envelope that will fit your needs.

What if I'm not sure something is made of gold?
If the items are real gold, they will possess a quality mark. By United States law, a "k" mark representing karat must appear on the back of an authentic gold piece, along with the manufacturer's trademark and country of origin to guarantee the authenticity of the gold.
Items marked 1/10 GF. They are gold-filled - not solid gold. We do not accept Gold-Plated, Gold-Filled, or Gold-Leaf pieces.
Additionally, we do not accept Costume jewelry.

Do you accept items with Gemstones?
We accept gold jewelry set with gemstones, but they are not considered in determining the value of your gold and you will not get them back. Please remove all stones and DO NOT send sentimental or heirloom items which will get melted after 20 days of receipt unless we hear from you.

What types of gold objects do we accept?
We accept all forms of Scrap Gold in the following Karats: 8, 10, 14, 18, 22, 24 and Silver, Platinum, and Palladium. We even accept Dental Gold!
